I purchased a 2019 mustang got last year. Love the car but the dealership service has been terrible. I have been waiting since November to get my car repaired. The service department keeps telling me they have gone through several service managers and that is the reason for my delay in getting my parts in to repair my vehicle. The dealership did have my vehicle for 48 days already and nothing got done except for installing some zip ties which I thought was really unprofessional. I think my vehicle should be bought back.
