I went yesterday Dec. 7 for minor elect repair, Richard Clark was very hones, they fix all my elect problems. Thanks Audi team I walk over to say hello to Big T. but from what I hear they were shutdown - all the sales team were fired. It is very hard to work under pressure when the Upper Mgr dont support the working staff. So they dot have car sales there anymore, not good. More
They sell cars with defects “as is” so the buyer has no recourse. Purchased an Audi Q3 on Feb 8th and engine died March 8th less than 30 days. Paid $250 deductible to warranty company for a brand new eng recourse. Purchased an Audi Q3 on Feb 8th and engine died March 8th less than 30 days. Paid $250 deductible to warranty company for a brand new engine. Had to take back because they neglected to reattach the air conditioning. The gears have been slipping. Claimed they “tightened”. Still slips. Had to deal with noise and vibration when braking they said they put on new pads but not rotors and if I wanted all new would be $2200 out of pocket. Then car started shutting off in traffic or at a stop light. Had it towed in 94 degree weather. They diagnosed A problem to be the fuel pump module and would be $250 for the deductible again. But the engine light was on and that problem was the Manifold Intake Sensor Circuit and “if” the warranty didn’t cover we would have to guarantee the $800 to fix. The car is currently in their service department. We are 65 years old and do not want this Death Trap anymore. We want our money back and they can keep the car. Called the sales manager Mustapha 4x and he would not call us back. We may have to retain council to resolve this issue. Steer clear of The Warehouse! More
This dealership is dishonest. They was trying to add on unnecessary costs such as "uv protection "to the sale price inflating the sale price to be more than 900 dollars more th They was trying to add on unnecessary costs such as "uv protection "to the sale price inflating the sale price to be more than 900 dollars more than what we agreed on. They also said I had to pay their 459 dollar documentation fee as it is a mandatory state costs. Pendot verified that the doc fee was not mandatory I was there almost four hours before the dealership showed me the final fees and cost and they were inappropriate fees. I wasted 4 hours of my time and also was almost scammed for inappropriate costs and fees. More
Purchased Audi from this place on December 27th 2022. It wasn't inspected due to a tire, rear brakes and rotors. Dealer issued a we owe contract to fix those items in the next two weeks when scheduled for service appointment. Fine.... Drove it home an hour away. Opened the hood to inspect a bit more. Found oil leakage from the oil cap. Cleaned it up. Checked oil level. Oil level below minimum line. Mind you the Audi pre inspection report said oil level was good .........Filled it with oil to bring it within spec. Next day I texted salesperson about the issue so they know right away. Salesperson said they will look at it at the service appointment. Next 2 or 3 days drove the vehicle. Re checked oil level and found it dropped just a tiny bit. Had to get under the car and found out it had oil leak. At this point I didn't wanna drive it to avoid damage. Salesperson reached out to schedule for a Saturday to bring it in. Salesperson said he would get back to me. Never got back to me. Reached out to Audi Wynwood manager. Anthony (tony) the sales manager called me and came to find out I can't bring it in on Saturdays. Only weekdays. Says he's sure his salesperson told me that but he never did...... Fast forward to Feb 20 2023. I was able to get the car to service appointment bright and early at 7:45 AM. They replaced the tire and brakes/rotors as expected but guess what. They found no oil leak. Says it looks like residue from previous work that was performed on the car. NO WORK WAS PERFORMED ON THE CAR THAT DEALS WITH ANYTHING ENGINE OIL AT ALL. Also on the service record when they replaced the brakes, rotors, tires, they recorded the mileage INCORRECTLY. They recorded the mileage OF THE CAR WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED, Not the mileage it is presently at. Real shady to make their paper trail look good. But it's fine cause I have proof of everything. What I didn't disclose to sales manager Anthony (Tony) is that I already had a shop JUST inspect the car near me and the timing cover is leaking and I have an estimate to fix the timing cover gasket...... So this confirmed to me the sales and service at this location are not truthful. Right in line with the other negative reviews. Attached photos of the oil leak. Their service department said it wasn't a leak..... Yeah right. I will have to get the leak fixed my self. Also I have not received registration in the mail. My license plates have still not been transferred to the new cars title. PennDOT still has my plates linked to the vehicle I traded in. It is now Feb 22 2023. Crazy how much xxxx these people are. Ive had many cars in the past and never had these issues. You would think there's some prestige in a dealer being affiliated with Audi. Nope. More

(We have one happy boy loving his beautiful truck) From our salesman Pasha who was above and beyond to the Manager Tony. There was No-pressure at all, Pasha was easy to talk to , very down to earth. Trustworthy, explained everything to us up front. Quick and painless — They both along with Amy made the process very easy. Quick and clear communication (email or in-person) No games and more importantly absolutely No hidden fees. Highly recommend this used car dealership! I will be telling everyone about the team that helped us! We will return again for a future purchase! Kudos to a terrific experience!! Thank you again Pasha, Tony and Amy. I rarely write reviews, but felt I have to write this one to help others. First, I wish our paths didn't cross when I was looking to buy my car. Those guys don't have any regard or care for their customers a to help others. First, I wish our paths didn't cross when I was looking to buy my car. Those guys don't have any regard or care for their customers after you finalized a purchase. Here is my story: I purchased a MB E400 with them in June 2022 and they also convinced me to buy an extended warranty with it. When I got back home in Ohio and realized that the warranty doesn't worthy based on customers reviews online, I requested them to cancel the warranty. First, they ignored my request and after insisting, they provided me with the warranty cancellation department (Porsche Financial Services) number. I called them and requested my warranty to be cancelled. They sent me the Customer Agreement Cancellation Request form which I filed and send back to them by email on October 08, 2022. It's said in the form to wait 5-10 days for the request to be processed and sent to the selling dealer for completion. After waiting nearly 2 month without any update, I reached out to the Porsche Financial Services about my request. They said my request was processed on October 10 and check sent out to the dealer for completion and to be sent to my financing bank. They also provided me with the exact amount sent and advised me to contact the dealer to understand what's going on. I called right away and asked to talk to Amy, the finance manager. They said she is busy and I left her a message to call me back when she has a chance. She never did. After multiple attempts later on, I started to realized that she is avoiding my calls. One day, I had the chance to run into the general manager when I called. I explained to him the whole situation and he told me that the finance manager should be the one to talk to and I told him that I already tried and was unable to reach out to her. He said that he was at home that day but will work to address the issue as soon as he get to the office the next day. He even asked me to remind him the next day by text which I did. Never heard back from him until after a week and him asking me to provide with my vehicle mileage for the cancellation to be processed. I explained to him that I already sent a cancellation form with all info and that a refund is sent to them for completion. I send him a copy of the cancellation form and all necessary docs and conversation with the cancellation service. I told him that I even have an email from the cancellation service proving that my request has been processed and refund sent with the exact amount and date and that would be happy to forward it to him if needed. No response. On December 27th I texted him again about the issue and he never responded back to me. I reached out to the salesman with whom I bought the car as well and nothing. It's been 3 months now that my warranty was cancelled and I have yet to get back my refund. This is beyond my imagination and I am extremely disappointed about their lack of communication and disregard. I financed the car and the warranty and I am still paying for something that I've cancelled and that's not fair. I see this as a scam and it's outrageous. My only option now is to contact my lawyer for a lawsuit. I would never do business with them again and I don't recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Sorry to be long but I needed to lay out the story so it can help others. Thanks More
