Absolutely DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your car to the Winter Park Volvo Store. I have spent over $4,000.00 on the same problem!!! I have pick up my car 3 times in Dec just to find myself broke down on th Winter Park Volvo Store. I have spent over $4,000.00 on the same problem!!! I have pick up my car 3 times in Dec just to find myself broke down on the side of the road again!! Dave is rude and extremely dishonest. Everytime I get my car back there is something more wrong with it than when I took it in, but somehow they claim it is a new problem. They down right can't do a tune up right! I had to have my brakes re-bled cause I had weak brakes, wasn't like that before it went in! I am told two times later that I need new tires when I didn't need them before I went in! I paid for a new key and it was a cem problem or was it? I paid for a new cem module and a day and half later the codes are back on with no window function!!! Funny the windows worked before I went in! I was told oh no it is the fuel pump just to find out late uhh no it wasn't. Current state broke down and going to the news. I have found nothing but bad reviews on the elite Winter Park Location! Only decent human being in there is Kim in the enterprise department. Spare yourself some big bucks because they are incompetent!!! More
Don't bring your Volvo to The Volvo Store in Winter Park for service, especially if you're a woman. We were told we needed a new radiator and new transmission, at the low, low price of $6,000. We took it to for service, especially if you're a woman. We were told we needed a new radiator and new transmission, at the low, low price of $6,000. We took it to another mechanic, who told us that not only was there nothing wrong with the radiator, but the transmission was working perfectly. They are extremely dishonest. We bring our car to Volvo of Tampa to be serviced now. It's a 2 hour drive for us, but at least we know we're not going to be ripped off. More
Prices are unbelieveable ($79.00 for a basic oil change). Was told car would be washed before I picked it up - it wasn't. I had to call the Assistance Service Manager twice after 5 PM to find out if my car was ready (he never called me back after he went to check on the status of my car (he called back at 6:13 and said the car was ready, but that I could pick it up tomorrow (since they closed at 6 PM). That was when he said if I came to pick it up after 10 AM, he would have it washed for me. I came at 11:45 AM and it wasn't washed. Oh yeah, then I dropped over $1400 on the work. More

He listened to what I had to say and responded at each Anthony was an amazing experience. His thorough attention to my needs and wishes was uncanny. He listened to what I had to say and responded at each step of the process with professionalism and a truly caring attitude. There was no need to haggle as he quickly and fairly priced the vehicle to both mine and my wides satisfaction. Within 2 hours of meeting this fine young man we were on our way to dinner with the top down having the time of our lives. do yourself a favor, if you are in need of a vehicle call Anthony, he will exceed all your expectations as he did ours! Went inside to observe a salesman stairing throuhg the window. For him a was nonexistent as if I wasn't there. After standing outside for another five minutes, finally a salesman showed up, made an eye contact with me and, to my amusement, turned around and walked away. That was the final drop into my cup, so I left completely disappointed. More
