Oil change yesterday. The engine cover was not secured again resulting in a mishap on the freeway home. They credited my payment for the oil service and replaced the cover but we don’t ever want to go back. The oil change included a supposed inspection the service rep claimed when we first picked up our car. Buyer beware.

Buyer beware! I absolutely would not recommend this store. The finance manager does not return calls after several messages and weeks of waiting, the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist who literally hung up the phone on me and would not take another call and the complete disregard for customer service all around I'd say take your business elsewhere. I will not be keeping my business with Volvo of Winter Park.

David is my dude! Love working with David! He was straight to the point, no-nonsense, and will do anything to help you out. He is very responsive and great communicator. I think my next car will probably be here again. Just the service is crazy good. Also, Elizabeth Tarr in service is the best person to talk to if you car needs service or if something goes wrong.
