When I came to pick up the car I was given an inspection sheet that made me aware of the kind of condition my car was in and helped me budget for upcoming brake work. Service is horrible at The Volvo Store in Winter Park. Service Manager is rude and they have no respect for your time. I made an appointment and the car took over 4 hours to get the free service. We decided to trade it in on something a little smaller,thats when we got the V-50 we have now same salesman june sold it to us, while most other car companies are raving about their 2 yr service plans we have a 5 year plan that includes everything but tires. Our car broke down on our way home from Walt. Disney world. We called the volvo store and talked to Lou. He had us to bring the car right in.we discovered that he is from our home town. These guys are unreal, $89.00 oil change charge, and they ALWAYS call you wthin an hour to say you need a $400-$1000 thing fixed, I mean ALWAYS.
