DO NOT BUY ANY VOLVO. Volvo is a very poor quality and terrible installation car. I should have known that since the Chinese bought Volvo company several years ago. We bought a XC 90 top of the line for $ terrible installation car. I should have known that since the Chinese bought Volvo company several years ago. We bought a XC 90 top of the line for $ 72,000. At just 20,000 miles there were so many problems in transmission, computer system malfunction, sound system, lighting fixtures. At 54,000 miles, just 1 month after the warranty expired, the water leaking inside the car, running like a faucet, every time it's raining outside due to drain tube on the sunroof that didn't work. Since it's out of the warranty, we have to pay for it to get fix. In addition, it makes these noises due to poor installation of rubbers on sunroof. This is the worst car we have ever driven. Also the customer service of this location is terrible. They are very unpleasant, unhelpful with bad attitudes. They didn't even washed our car when we have service. Their excuse was it was raining. It was raining like 15 minutes and our car was at their service center for 7 hours. I asked them why they didn't wash car when it's stopped raining. Their excuse was there were other cars in the shop. I guess they couldn't wash one more car during that 7 hours period. More
