90000 mile service The Ford Store has had a couple bad years due to ownership and poor management that seemed to make my service experience worse than the preceding year The Ford Store has had a couple bad years due to ownership and poor management that seemed to make my service experience worse than the preceding years I used them. I did not like the sales people so bought my vehicle somewhere else, and brought it here for the service and maintenance work. Things seemed much better with Dan Andrade as manager, and worse after he left. It seems that things are getting better very slowly, and I hope it really improves since I live close by. Billy in service is really nice to work with and is honest about what is going on. Picking up my vehicle took way too long. More
