Great customers service and attention to detail. I purchased a new Mustang that had sustained lot damage to my front bumper. Jeff Armstrong inspected it and promised the repair will be so good, that I purchased a new Mustang that had sustained lot damage to my front bumper. Jeff Armstrong inspected it and promised the repair will be so good, that I would not be able to tell where the damage had occurred. Four days later Jeff called that the mustang was ready for pickup..Sure enough the damage was completely restored to original and the car was detailed like new. Good Job Jeff. This person has great customer service skills and is an asset to your team. More

Kevin Percell was great, Ford hierarchy isn't A bit over 7 weeks ago a complicated part that powered my entire dashboard when out so I brought it in for service thanks to Kevin Percell accepting i A bit over 7 weeks ago a complicated part that powered my entire dashboard when out so I brought it in for service thanks to Kevin Percell accepting it a couple of weeks before a regular appointment was available. Once the problem was diagnosed, though, he had to wait about 4 weeks to actually get the part from some Ford center (who had to get it from somewhere else). Once it was in something wouldn't work with the programming so some central service center tried to tell him it was the wrong part; he had to contact some other distant office to prove he did have the right part, then get back to the central service center (who reply the next day at best based on my experience) the actual repair was done in a day--7 weeks after I brought the car in. Kevin was generous and helpful, got San Leandro Ford Store to pay for a loaner for me, then tried diligently to get the Ford partnership who runs our service warranty to waive the $100 deductible given how long I was without my car but no dice. So, I'm entirely satisfied with San Leandro Ford and Kevin Percell but not with the other partners in his chain of command somewhere else distant from here that he had to work with on this "event." All praise to my local Ford Store, not much for the other service units (and warranty company) they have to work with. More
