Today I received the lowest customer service I can think of to date. The Manager "Paul Galvao" did not show any level of customer relation. He agreed to waive fees for a diagnostic that was covered by a old of to date. The Manager "Paul Galvao" did not show any level of customer relation. He agreed to waive fees for a diagnostic that was covered by a old repair, but at the time I couldn't leave my Truck so we scheduled a appt nearly one month out when I could and when I showed up he had forgotten our agreement and was very unprofessional and rude with me. The other gentleman that was helping was respectful and professional the entire time. Paul should NOT be the manager at such store. I have been buying ford my whole life and for the first time I am considered going Toyota just so I do not know have to deal with this kind of service. More
