I have been having a few issues with my new Mustang MachE, thankfully my Service Advisor Owen has been exceptional. He is very professional. He knows how to communicate with his service tech’s and is e MachE, thankfully my Service Advisor Owen has been exceptional. He is very professional. He knows how to communicate with his service tech’s and is ever calm with relaying their work to me. It’s been a collective effort but I think we have a confirmed fix for my Mustang’s problem. Poor communication and poor attention to detail. Does not listen to problem or try very hard to confirm it. I have to take tech on a drive and highlight what is obvious to him when he's next to me. I have to take tech on a drive and highlight what is obvious to him when he's next to me. 3 extra visits for a rear view recall service that they did not check their work and complete the first time. Specifically stated that they checked and set tire pressure and they were on off by 3 and 5 lbs. When brought up before picking up vehicle. (using app) they told me it's within spec. Service manager seems to understand the problem now and will write my service if I bring it back. More

My car has been in the shop back and forth for the 4. Time same problem and they can’t figure it out. Works for 2 weeks and it’s having problems again. Customer service was great when you are standing in front of them but getting info over the phone was atrocious. I dropped my Ranger off tuesday pm, it was promised completion thusday pm. I called when my of them but getting info over the phone was atrocious. I dropped my Ranger off tuesday pm, it was promised completion thusday pm. I called when my vehicle was supposed to be ready to confirm. It took 2 hours and three calls to get an answer. It was not going to be ready as promised. On Friday it took me three more phone calls to find out was it not going to be ready the next day, they had to keep over the weekend. And then not until tuesday. So it was a full week in the shop. it should not have been that hard to get information. More
My vehicle was here for a whole week while I struggle with my family to get to work. I wasn’t told that I can get a rental to help us out while my vehicle was in the shop.
