I’ve be coming Jeff since 2017 and I have noticed a steady decline in the cleanliness of the space. It use to be chic and spotless and not it’s dusty and dirty. Though America was great there seemed to be low moral amongst the team as a whole. Everyone use to greet me when I came in and tell me where to go and what amenities were available while I waited. NONE of that happened. Not even a glance up from computers or phone when I entered the space. It was disappointing to see the decline in the space. More
