They had the exact 2020 Stelvio build/spec we wanted, however they were roughly an hour away. I sent an inquiry on the vehicle to avoid wasting a trip to haggle. Anesa responded with all the info I needed regarding my Giulia end of lease turn in and numbers for the Stelvio via Kane. I called Kane to verify numbers were accurate and discuss the options provided. I was pleased with everything initially presented and proceeded with the finance application. Kane called me saying we are all good, car is being washed and I'll see you guys later. Abaz contacted prior to my appointment to ensure all paperwork was ready on arrival. Once I got there Kane and Abaz had everything set, vehicle washed and ready for test drive. We took it for a spin with Abaz. He reviewed all the new features for 2020. After that we went over to finance, signed, and drove off with our new Stelvio. I can't believe how simple and easy this was. To make a deal with a couple of emails, get to the dealership, and NO CHANGES IN NUMBERS?! This was my 5th vehicle transaction and by far the best. Cursory at best I've been bringing my Fiat 500X here for service for three years now, and every single time I walk away disappointed, overcharged, and under served. I brought my car in here most recently for a recall, my check engine light went on a day before my appointment and i thought it would be an easy double whammy. I asked the folks there if they could run a diagnostic in addition to the fan recall, figuring it would be some up-charge, but whatever. On the way out, i was told that the technician didn't bother to run the diagnostic, because he was too focused on the recall issue. This place is great if you don't want to be listened to, or pay $200 (its ALWAYS $200, they always find something else to add onto your bill) for an oil change. More

Last week, I went in for a routine oil change and it was "recommended" that I needed about $1,200 more work, including replace break fluid, spark plugs, chassis work and a few other things. Within two years of buying my Fiat 500 Sport, I went in to Autobarn of Evanston for another oil change and was told that I need a whole new set of tires. Trusting the gut, I bought them, although I could not believe I needed new tires so soon. Last August, I went in for another routine oil change and the mechanic missed something big because about 4-5 days later I leaked oil onto my friend's driveway. The mechanic missed a crack in the engine where oil leaked from. Cost me $1,300 to repair-the ess. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting ripped off at the Autobarn of Eanston. More
