Handled tire puncture on day I called Alfa Giulia owner since November and my first visit. Oscar got me in on a saturday afternoon the day I called for a tire that had what turned out to Alfa Giulia owner since November and my first visit. Oscar got me in on a saturday afternoon the day I called for a tire that had what turned out to be a nail I had been topping off the tire every 5 days but had a sudden need to visit family an hour away. The technician had a few cars already but in addition to the tire the technician was able to also apply two recalls for software updates . The customer space could be more comfortable but the staff was great. Have not had one mechanical issue with the car also. More
