I would now recommend this dealership only if you deal with Mr. Phil Smith. I had a bad experience with a sales representative from this dealership, and I was going to write off the whole dealership. However, I gave it one more chance, Mr. Smith was the person that I spoke to, and he changed my perspective of this dealership. I will continue dealing with Texas Dodge as long as Mr. Smith is there, his honesty and integrity is rare in that line of work that I have found. If he says he can do it, it will be done. He is up front with the price and there were no surprises at the signing table. I knew what I had to bring and we did not play that game (let me see what the manager will do ETC…) I hate that game. Two words to describe Phil Smith: AWESOME and EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!This man was great! We called Texas Dodge and asked for a sales person and was transferred to Phil. This wonderful man had never laid eyes on us and still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even had our brand new pickup trailered from Dallas just to make us happy. He was in touch with us daily through email or phone and he emailed pictures and anything else we needed. All we had to do was show up to pick it up. When we arrived Phil was taking one last look to make sure it was perfect sitting on that showroom floor and let me tell you it was!!!! Phil and Dean made my overall experience very pleasant and seemed to go out of their way to accomodate my needs.
