I found a Dodge Ram that I liked that was on Texas Dodge's website. I called Phil Smith & told him I was interested if they still had the truck. I called him on Friday & gave him my information, so it wouldn't take so long when I got there on Saturday. When I got there at noon, Phil was busy so he turned me over to Chad. The truck I wanted to look at wasn't there and it took them 3 hours to go get it & bring it back. After I test drove it, I started dealing with Tim Dunn. I told him I wanted to buy the truck but that I wouldn't take less than $12000 for my trade in. He came back & said he could give me $9000, and I told him that I wouldn't take that. I knew what the bluebook on my truck was and I wouldn't take less than $12000. He finally came back & said he would give me $12000. I agreed. After being there 5 hours, I finally signed the papers. It's my fault that I didn't pay closer attention to the contract, but I thought we had agreed on everything, and I was hurting & wanting to get home. When I got the papers out to get the VIN # for my insurance, they had raised the price of the truck by about $3500. I was very upset, I called on Tuesday & told Phil that that wasn't the price I agreed on. He said it was the difference of what they gave me for my trade-in and what I wanted for it. I talked to the manager & he said the same thing. I told him I wanted my truck back & he could get his back. He told me that mine had already been sold. Then Darren, the manager, called me the next day & said that that truck wasn't priced right. He had it advertised somewhere else at $31995 instead of the $29995 that was on his website. This was fraud, I don't care how you look at it. My attorney said because I signed the contract there wasn't anything I could do. But he said if they did this to me, they've probably done it to others also. Either the truck was a decoy to get customers to come in or it was priced wrong. In which case they should have told me before I bought it. When they said they would give me $12000 for my trade in, they were suppose to give me $12000. If enough people have been done this way, a class-action suit could be filed for fraudulent misrepresentation. I've been trading vehicles for 30 years, this is the first time that something like this has happened to me. Like I said, I take the blame for not paying closer attention to the contract, but after 5 hours, I was wore down. That was their intention. Darren, the price listed on your website was $29,995 not $31,995. As for the nerf bars, they were suppose to be "thrown in" not charged to me. Darren, you also LIED to me when you said my old truck had already been sold. A month after trading trucks, the bank was contacting me wanting a payment on my old truck. Now how can you sell a truck without the title, which the bank said they still had? So quit acting like there was a misunderstanding, you knew what you were doing!! I made sure the bank knew also. More

Visit was great, and the sales people were super nice. Curtice is their Internet sales coordinator, and he will give you an AWSOME deal! Phil and Brian were fantastic. I have purchased cars at other places. To be honest I was not really expecting the Red Carpet treatment I received. My husband and i came to this dealer just to look at a car as ronnie came up to us..He was the best sales man we have EVER came into contact with..He wasnt pushy and was very respectful..He didnt try to m car as ronnie came up to us..He was the best sales man we have EVER came into contact with..He wasnt pushy and was very respectful..He didnt try to make us feel as if we had to buy the car due to us being on the lot..I would send anyone i know who was intrested in getting a car to him..I would also like to say as a women when going to a car lot he didnt make me feel like i didnt know anything about cars..Had it not of been for as friendly as he was to us we would of just looked at the one car and left..We werent there that day to buy a car we were going next store to xmas shop..Ronnie gives off a relax vibe that makes you good about buyying a car from him..I would totally go back and buy another car from him when im ready to trade this one in.. :) My oldest child will be driving next year and when it comes time to buy her a car Ronnie will be the one i will be calling up knowing he will be understanding and kind just liek he was the first time we up to the lot just to look and came home with a car..Anyone who doesnt go to him and buy their car is a fool because he was just that great i cant say enough good about him..Overall the whole dealer was really friendly and Joseph the finance manager went outa his for us..Its nice to kow their are still good car dealers to go to that want to see you walk away happy not just give them the money for their pocket book..this dealer is a 5 star all the way their there toplease you and you wont reget ever going there.. After 11 years, I was ready to buy a new Jeep Wrangler. I am a picky buyer and Texas Dodge worked very hard in finding the exact vehicle I wanted. I had a great experience at TX Dogde. They made it a point to contact me with all the information I needed to make my purchase. They also worked around my schedule which was a MAJOR PLUS! They even let me borrow the car for the weekend before I bought it. I had work done on the car after I purchased it and everything came in within a short time. They were great with communicating when my car/supplies were ready. I also put leather in my car...I think the leather looks better than the factory leather so I was very happy with that. Lastly, after I bought my car, my salesman moved away and shortly after I was notified by his replacement. Overall my first car buying experience was great and I am EXTREMELY happy with my Dodge Journey. :) More

Of course, I was getting a good deal and had no need to quibble about the price either. Minor questions and problems after the sale of the vehicle were handled in just as courteous a manner.
