My wife, disabled daughter & I were driving from California to Ohio for a family wedding. While in Amarillo, TX, our '02 Town& Country started experiencing a malfunction. Although we were not (nor California to Ohio for a family wedding. While in Amarillo, TX, our '02 Town& Country started experiencing a malfunction. Although we were not (nor could ever be) a regular customer of this dealership and even though they had probably 50+ cars (and probably most from regular customers) pending, they recognized our personal problems and expedited the repair so that we could continue to the wedding in a timely manner and be able to return to California. They also did the repair without taking monetary advantage of us (which would have been east due to our time pressure and being a total stranger to the area). It was the most positive experience I have ever had at any car dealership in my 66 years of existence. If geographic circumstances did not prevent it, they would have just generated a lifetime customer in me. More
