buyer beware buyer beware! True statement. I'm very disappointed in their service department. I took my 2023 Dodge ram longhorn in on December 20 because it was throwing a code True statement. They did an analysis of it and told me it was under warranty and I said an appointment. I was told it would only take a day to fix. I had to cancel the first appointment because of work. I scheduled another appointment a month later on January 20, 2025. It took them four days to diagnose it the second time. I was told they were busy and understaffed several times. They did not return my phone calls whatsoever, even after promising me, they would call me back. In the last eight years, I have spent over $350,000 on vehicles between myself my wife and my family. That stops today. No more repeat customer from me. I will no longer recommend them to any of my many friends, or family! They flat out lied to me, and called out lied again or blamed it on “ a person that no longer works there.” They would not give me a rental, and they are keeping the truck for over two weeks. Please note, they did offer me a one-day rental, but that does me or my family no good. I am highly disappointed with them, and will never use them again! It's already been eight days and I still have not had a reply from them. If I could give them zero stars I would. More

We called back the next morning and they said oh we need to order the part, its on back order for approximately 15 days. Okay, why didn't you order the part already, diagnosed 30 days prior. Stated we did not order the part because there was not a warning light - NO there wasn't because Texas Dodge cleared the warning light. So no kidding! Did not call to inform us that they did not order the part, just kept the truck. Called to talk to GM and he never returned my call. They lied to us repeatedly about where and what they were doing. Did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know they weren't going to fix the truck, just kept it. When we finally called, they said oh yes its ready. Really? Left with the truck and warning light came on within an hour of picking it up. I will never buy a vehicle from there again (this was my 2nd purchase from there) or attempt to have service from there again. If you enjoy the run around and xx, Texas Dodge is your place. I however, do not have time for their xx. They not only lost me and my husbands future business, they have lost my family and extended family as well. More
I went to Texas dodge, because they said they could fix the Death Wobble problem in my Jeep. They quoted me about $900. After the "Diagnostic" ($150. Fee) was done it would be over $1,400. I told my regular mechanic. He examined, and showed me the parts they said needed replaced. He said there's NOTHING wrong with the parts! A Duel Stabilizer was ordered, and installed. Parts, and labor about $325, and he was done in 45 minutes! The Death Wobble problem was corrected. Texas dodge, dishonest? When confronted with the situation they would NOT refund that Diagnostic Fee! 🤬 More
After doing some background checking, almost didn't purchase the vehicle due to the bad internet comments about this dealership. Paul made it right and had the vehicle delivered to us almost 500 miles purchase the vehicle due to the bad internet comments about this dealership. Paul made it right and had the vehicle delivered to us almost 500 miles away, with no risk to us. The vehicle was everything it was advertised as, 11-year-old Jeep in great condition! Paul went above and beyond to make us happy. Would I recommend this dealer YES without any hesitation. Would I purchase from them again YES! Thank you, Paul, for the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made and for the wonderful delivery! We are thrilled with the Jeep! More

The unscrupulous salespeople(Victor) and sales managers(Joseph Chavez and Roger), plus the finance department person (Blaize, a high school trainee imo) will attempt to rip you off for as much money as possible once you are in the finance department finalizing your deal... THEY WILL MAKE PROMISES THAT THEY NEVER INTEND TO KEEP, BEFORE YOU COME WITH THE MONEY, AND THEN MARK THE CAR UP FOR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE WHEN YOU'RE SITTING AT THE TABLE.... IN ADDITION THEY WILL PROMISE YOU MONEY BACK ONLY TO CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THEY'RE RENEGING ON THEIR PROMISE AND THAT THEY SCREWED UP THEIR NUMBERS AT THE DEAL SIGNING.... In addition the salesmen don't know jack squat about their vehicles when it comes to teaching you about the new purchase... The buyer did NOT RECEIVE ONE MOMENT OF EDUCATION ON THE VEHICLE.... Furthermore the sales manager ROGER wanted to get in a fist fight with a buyer in front of the whole sales staff out in the parking lot... He also threatened the buyer stating, "have you ever had your xxx kicked by Texas dealer?"....This is a completely unprofessional dealership... IT WAS LIKE BUYING FROM INBRED HILLBILLIES... The owner of Texas Dodge will be notified! The unfortunate part of the whole thing was that the buyer was relegated to having to buy the vehicle in order to get back home to another state, otherwise the purchase would never have occurred. The service department...the service department is rated very poorly and don't know they're head from their xxx.... There are many bad reports about their service. Buyer beware ,buyer beware, buyer beware!... Avoid this place like the plague!. More
I feel they have no integrity and really do not care that they don't. I bought a car there that was used. One of the highlights that was pointed out to me was the fact that it had a hands free system. After they don't. I bought a car there that was used. After purchasing the car as is I realized there was something wrong with the suspension which, ok, since I test drove it will incur the expense to have that fixed. However, my hands free has not worked since I got it and I was able to take it to them to diagnose the issue which they are not willing to fix. I feel misled and that they had to have known the car had these issues before I bought it. I would never recommend anyone go there. More

Therefore, they were fine with selling a vehicle that was unsafe and justified the purchase by saying that’s what happens when you buy a used vehicle.. If in the market for a newer vehicle look elsewhere in Amarillo. Texas Dodge does not conduct business in even a semi-professional manner. Ive got a truck that I’ve owned for 3weeks, haven’t made the first payment on and can’t even drive it until I fix the underlying mechanical issues that should have been caught during the UCI. I fully understand how difficult it is to find the parts to replace an recalled high pressure fuel pump and the entire fuel system. Your ability to network with RAM care and expedite the shipment of parts assisted in getting my truck back on the road 6 weeks prior to the projected estimated repair date is phenomenal I know I can be extremely persistent and truly appreciate your patience in dealing with me as a customer.
