Very pleased with the trade valve and purchase price of the truck I bought September 28, 2023. Not satisfied with the delivery process. I was coming from 5 hours away. After agreeing to the trade and purchase I texted salesperson my arrival time 4:15pm at approx 10;00am. On arrival the truck was still in service. I was not shown the truck 5:30pm still dirty just moved to the wash rack to be detailed. At 7:30pm after seeing several other customers finishing with financing we asked when is our turn since we were there for over 3 hours. At that time the salesperson said management said we were to receive a $500 gift card for the inconvenience. Soon after that we got in finance, a very professional and pleasant experience. It's now 8:30PM when we finally get to see the cleaned truck. Anxious to get on the road for the 5 hour trip home we made a cursory check on the truck and proceeded to leave. The front entrance is now blocked as it's close to closing time. We drive around to finally find the partially blocked side exit and hit the road. About 5 miles away from the dealership I'm checking the truck gauges and notice the truck is on empty. Stop to fill it up to the tune of $95.66. Text the salesperson with my displeasure and a picture of the receipt. Back on the road an hour later the DEF low level light comes on it's also empty. Make another stop for DEF again texting the salesperson of this issue. After repeated texts to the salesperson concerning the $500 gift card and fuel reimbursement it's always a professional and courteous reply some body is off, it's in the business office, it's ready go go out and so on. Now November 16, seven weeks since the purchase date still no gift card or fuel reimbursement. I'm losing faith in Texan Dodge to fulfill their promises.
