Was pleased with the sales process but not with the service. They didn't have a loaner vehicle for me to utilize while my truck was going to be serviced. My wife had to come all the way from Baytown to come pick me up and then drive me back to the dealership once my truck was ready. I never received a to inform me that my truck was ready, I made the phone call to check on it. I suggested a full tank of fuel for the inconvenience but that wasn't fulfilled either. More
