First of all I think Gerardo Valle should be recognized for his knowledge and taking care of customers. He was very helpful, respectful, and caring to make sure my questions was answered correctly. He wasn’t pressuring or making me sit wondering what was going on once I found the truck I wanted. Once the numbers was worked out which didn’t take a long time, I was in financing signing. He was out getting the truck cleaned and ready. Then he went over every app needed to be downloaded and made sure they worked. He explained each app. After that we went to the truck and he went over everything there. Later on that day after I was gone. He texted to see how things was going and if I had any questions. Dealership work great and everything went smooth without any problems. It would be great if all dealerships worked this great with their customers. They gave me top dollar for my trade and made sure I got the best interest rate. It wasn’t just about them making a sale, it was about the customer getting the best deal and being happy.
