Very dishonest! I bought a 5 year warranty and they turned it in to the warranty company as a four year. They refuse to fix it now that I need service and say they a I bought a 5 year warranty and they turned it in to the warranty company as a four year. They refuse to fix it now that I need service and say they aren’t responsible because the salesman doesn’t work for them anymore. Now they are avoiding my calls! Texan GMC service department manager and staff don’t care about their customers. They are just out to make a quick buck and take advantage of their customers. I saw a big change over the past three years a about their customers. They are just out to make a quick buck and take advantage of their customers. I saw a big change over the past three years after the new manager/director Lazaro Rivera took over the department. I hate going to this dealership when I’m having car issues. If I have to leave it to be repaired I gotta come out of MY pocket for a rental. Audi, BMW, and Lexus will offer a loner to use while repairs are being done. ( Foreign dealerships) But these good ole USA dealerships Texan GMC and several others ain’t worth 💩. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Texan in the past and I can proudly say I won’t buy a 4th one because of the service department. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. More

We have used Texan Buick service for many years and found you to be timely, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. However, brought the car in last week to be serviced because engine light and another repair you to be timely, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. However, brought the car in last week to be serviced because engine light and another repair light was on. Car was kept abt 3days, thought problem had been taken care when picked up. However, just one of service notification lights was solved but engine light is back on as of yesterday. So I’m disappointed abt this inconvenience because it looks like additional money for more repair. However, the salesman/service person Travis was courteous and tried to be helpful. In short, Texan Buick, our vehicle still has the engine light on and needs to be repaired. What else can I say…we already paid for service/repairs, but... More
