Service experience was horrific. Her communication was horrible and it should not have taken from Nov. 9 to Nov 29 to get a battery and starter. Especially when I was driving on your lot everyday seeing my vehicle parked in the spot the wrecker left it in. There was no customer service involved in this. Called for service manager and GM and was told they were at a conference. No one wanted to give me the GM's name. Worst experience. More

Horrible took to long sor simple visit took 2 hours to rotate tires. Then when they returned truck the floor mat was full of oil and door handle was dirty. They do not provide loaners.
