I purchased a new sierra on 2-23-24 which had a factory defect. After attempting to correct the problem it seems the defect cannot be corrected. I have missed hours of work as well as hours of personal time waiting to have some acceptable resolution. By this time I was hoping to get another truck with a slight upgrade in order to compensate for entire ordeal. Had I known this would have manifested I would have just kept my old vehicle. More
