Started with my surfing the internet one Sunday Morning for something to replace my rusting out vehicle of almost a decade. Stopped by Terryville Chevrolet later that Sunday, only having a very short amount of time and just wanting to get a quick close-up of the Honda that had caught my eye. Steve Venturo came out to greet me and my son, was friendly, down to earn and very importantly, respected my time constraint. It was the beginning of what ended up being a refreshingly pleasant car buying experience. I was made to feel that although Terryville Chevrolet obviously is in the business of selling cars, it was important to them that before I took the plunge I was convinced that this was the car for me. 100% satisfaction My wife and I went to Terryville on a Sunday (yes, they are open Sundays) to look at certified pre-owned trucks and met with Steve Venturo, our salesm My wife and I went to Terryville on a Sunday (yes, they are open Sundays) to look at certified pre-owned trucks and met with Steve Venturo, our salesman. Since we called ahead, we didn't have to wait and Steve immediately brought us outside to see several trucks. Terryville has a tremendous inventory, both pre-owned and new. Steve was very personable and had a great deal of patience dealing with us with a 4 year old in tow. There was never any hard-sell and we never felt pressure or rushed by Steve. The dealership has a very relaxed and layed-back feel. After having our trade evaluated, I was pleasantly surprised by the valuation. In fact, the amount we received for our trade alowed us to purchase a new Sierra 2500HD, which we picked-up the next day. Steve Lamberto arranged our financing and got us a great rate, much lower than expected. We signed all pf the paperwork in less than an hour and when we were done, left in our new truck, which was beautifully detailed with a full tank of gas. More

Didn't put oil filter on right, leaked oil I purchased my 2013 Silverado from Terryville about 10 months ago. It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. 5 stars for their sales I purchased my 2013 Silverado from Terryville about 10 months ago. It was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. 5 stars for their sales team but their services team will never see my truck again. I brought it in for its first oil change. Lately, I have been seeing little puddles of oil in my driveway. Yesterday the puddle finally reached really concerning amounts. I called Terryville and they said they couldn't get to my truck for 8 days. How am I suppose to drive a truck that is leaking oil for 8 days? I brought the truck to Gengras this morning and they stated that who ever did the last oil change did not put the oil filter on correctly! I called Terryville's service manager Mike this morning to tell him about the problem. All he said was he will look in to it. Service department gets 1 star for poor services and awful customer services. They will never see my truck in the service garage again. Jonathan Hunt More

I buy a car very seldom and there have been a lot of changes since my last purchase. Both of these gentlemen made the process easier to understand. Also, they were more than willing to help us out when our new car had a issue with an airbag recall by letting us have a Cruze like the one we had purchased. Almost forgot Steve Lamberto who took the time to explain everything about the financial part of the deal. Our relationship with this dealership was due to the fact that our son bought a new work vehicle form Steve and told us we must talk to this fellow. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. More
