Horrible experience I purchased a car from the dealership first problem. This dealership advertised a vehicle at a price online. When I got there the sales person gave a I purchased a car from the dealership first problem. This dealership advertised a vehicle at a price online. When I got there the sales person gave a different price. I told him what was online and the game started. I had to fight to get the advertised price. The car was certified but the tires were worn out, the dealership had not cleaned the car out. Last, when I asked for replacement tires I was told the ones on the car meets the minimal requirements. Long story short I got new tires, after being there for hours and signing the paperwork. The sales person gave me one key and said he would see if he could get the other from the previous owner. I have never seen bad business like this. Top it all off, I called to speak to management before posting and of course days later no one has called me back. More

When I purchased the vehicle from Terry Labonte, luckily I asked for New tires because the existing ones were worn out. I had to put air in 2 of the tires twice in the two weeks of having the car. I had to text to find out when the tires actually arrived. I took the car to have the tires replaced it was late evening, I stood there 20 minutes and not one advisor asked if they could help me. Jacob(the sales person) walked by and got someone to help me. The dealership did offer me a loaner. Keep in mind the dealership never cleaned the car at delivery for what ever reason, I was told they would clean it when I returned for my tires. When I picked my car up from service it was still dirty. I am very disappointed. More
Horrible Service Horrible service and not trustworthy in my opinion, but you decide. Brought my truck in for 45,000 mile service plus the transfer case serviced. When completed, drove 2 miles and the check engine light comes on, stabilitrack and traction control system going on and off, and the truck shifts hard out of gear. Bring the truck back and they diagnose a bad fuel module, but it was nothing they did. I had to call for updates during the next 4 days until I finally got the truck back. Service manager never returned my calls when I asked him to call me. Been buying Chevy for 20 years, never again. More

I ended up paying $484 dollars and they still did not fi VERY disappointed in our visit to Terry Labonte today, I took my 2010 truck in for a service. I ended up paying $484 dollars and they still did not fix the problem but "found" something else they could fix. I waited in the lobby for 5 hours while the entire staff took a work lunch in the lobby while I was sitting and waiting for my vehicle. They offered to drive me home while they worked on my truck but when I told them where I lived they said oh sorry that's too far, and would not offer a car for me to use. When they told me they were charging me the $484 and was told they couldn't help with the original problem it was taken in for is VERY disappointing. I purchased my truck at this dealership and have always had any service done with them. Robert Thomas was not of any useful help and this will be the last time that we use this dealership. We also ended up with another customers paperwork with our own paperwork (not professional). I guess loyalty doesn't account for anything, and finding quality work where they back up their product is not what this dealership is all about. More
Poor customer service from service department I have brought my 2016 Impala back to this service dept. twice for the same problem, for a grinding noise coming from right rear wheel. The first time they claim the pads were fine but noise continues here and there. Brought car back again on 8/9/17. I had a appointment for 8:30, I arrived 15 minutes early and dropped the car off. I returned at 530 to see what the status was on my car and was informed that they hadn't been able to check my car because they had to work on the AC in their building. I had to drive the car for them so the tech could what problem was. My car was there for xxxx near 8 hours and out of the 12 people working there no one even test drove the car to see what was wrong. I see why this dealership has a 2.5 approval rating. More

Total waste of time October 2016 went to purchase 2015 camaro. Told them what I could afford. Had me there 4 hours gave me keys and then go to sign and the payment was 10 October 2016 went to purchase 2015 camaro. Told them what I could afford. Had me there 4 hours gave me keys and then go to sign and the payment was 100 more than agreed. Left went to Parks and got a 2017 for the price I.could afford. Terry Labonte plays games. More

Service could not find the problem and wanted to charge me nearly $1400 to tear down the transmission. I pulled the vehicle immediately; it was subsequently repaired for $120. The problem: the cable needed lubrication. Really, TLC? No tender loving care here. If you need service, BEWARE! They were more interested in selling me a car than repairing the vehicle I already have. Makes me think about the last time I was there, and they charged me almost $900 for something that was not repaired when I got the vehicle back. More

Your staff is THE most courteous team I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I am a first time out of state car buyer and they answered every question and put any doubts to ease. No dealership in Texas has treated me with such professionalism and conduct that has been exhibited by the staff at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. To name a few stars, Kevin was always with me every step of the car buying process, he was always prompt with paperwork and packaging options. Myra the receptionist always made me feel as though my phone calls are welcome with her cheery demeanor and wonderful etiquette. Reggie with his punctuality. Now on to the star of this experience, the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with, Caleb Gorrell. This man is a force to be reckoned with, he kept me well informed, never made me feel any pressure and provided information then followed through. Caleb always maintained contact and has gone above and beyond what I have ever experienced in the Texas automobile market. Hands down Caleb has influenced my decision to only deal with Terry Labonte for all my Chevrolet purchases and to avoid all Texas dealerships from now on. Caleb, is he even a man or some sort of sales god personified? This car buying experience was all incredibly positive and I can't wait to share my experience with everyone I know.
