Wow!!! I came in to this dealership just to look at cars I might buy in the next year. I know my credit wasn’t the best and I am still working on it. I wanted my payments on the Equinox to be 300 or less. It came out to much more. I was beaten and ready to leave. Then Chad, one of the kindest and helpful salesman I have ever met, showed me a new Equinox. By the time I was done, Chad had gotten me a new car with lower payments than the used. He knew I wanted the Equinox and found a way for me to get it. GO SEE CHAD!!! He works miracles. More

MY OPINION: NOT TRUSTWORTHY - BAIT AND SWITCH I contacted this dealership for a new Camaro advertised at the "Internet Price" of $28,035 on AutoTrader.com. In addition, I received an email from th I contacted this dealership for a new Camaro advertised at the "Internet Price" of $28,035 on AutoTrader.com. In addition, I received an email from the dealership that confirmed the "Internet Price" of $28,035. I sent email and asked for the final quote with tax, tags, and doc fee. The final verbal quote given on the phone was over $36,000. NC tax rate is 3% ($841.05) which means the doc fee must be over $7,000. What a runaround and waste of time. UPDATE: The dealer's EGM explained that in order to get the "Internet Price", the buyer must qualify for all discounts (which was not explained in the advertisement). He offered to sell the car for $32,035 - which is $4,000 more than the "Internet Price" that was advertised. While I appreciated the offer, it still was not the "Internet Price" advertised. More

Very bad experience with service department I took my 2007 Trailblazer in because the factory installed trailer hitch was having a problem. My trailer brake lights and brake lights were working I took my 2007 Trailblazer in because the factory installed trailer hitch was having a problem. My trailer brake lights and brake lights were working but the trailer running lights were not working. I had an 8am appointment and dropped the SUV off at 8am. I was told there would be a $100 diagnostic fee but would go towards the cost of the repair. After 5 hours, I was called and told there was a blown fuse replaced. I was also told that I had a license plate light and side marker light out did I want them replaced. I said yes. Two hours after the initial call I had not been called back, so I went to the dealership and they were still not done with the vehicle. After another hour, they came and got me and said the vehicle was ready and the fee was $185. Two blubs and a fuse, $185. Two days later I plugged the trailer into the SUV and nothing worked on the trailer. I made another appointment to get the vehicle looked at and again they said there was a blown fuse. They replaced the fuse and I went home to see if things with the trailer were ok and again nothing worked on the trailer. This was Friday, so on Monday I called and spoke with advisor and told him nothing was working. He told me he would speak to his technician and call me back. Over a week went by so I called back again and told them that the advisor had not call me back. I told the new advisor about the issue because the previous advisor was out for a few days, and they looked me up in their system and found my invoice. She said she would speak to a technician and call me back in about an hour. A whole day has passed and I have not heard from her. This service department is not reliable or dependable. My SUV is still not fixed and I don't think anyone cares. They more than enough money on a less than one hour job and they are done. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. More
