I took my car to Terry Labonte and was told I needed to replace the a computer module. Paid $921.47 to have it replaced! Pulled off the lot it was still doing the same thing! Turned around and took it back replace the a computer module. Paid $921.47 to have it replaced! Pulled off the lot it was still doing the same thing! Turned around and took it back and was told it was not doing that when I brought it in. Yes it was and that is why I brought it in! Went around and around with them. Now they say it is my transmission! It would have been nice to known that before putting almost $1000 into and for them to let it be driven of the lot like it was fixed!! And to lie and say my car wasn’t doing that when I brought it in! If you ask me that is just sorry business practice! Never will I go there again for anything else nor recommend them to anyone! More
If I could give the service department a negative I would. All day for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of an appt. Now my entire day is messed up because I am on Terry Labonte would. All day for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of an appt. Knowledgeable staff, great customer support I identified a vehicle I wanted - from the minute I walked onto the Terry Labonte Chevrolet property I was greeted by Chad Dooley (my sales rep) and w I identified a vehicle I wanted - from the minute I walked onto the Terry Labonte Chevrolet property I was greeted by Chad Dooley (my sales rep) and was treated nicely, given enough space to make my own decisions and never pressured to make a purchase on the spot. Robert Siler (sales manager) helped strike a deal that was very amenable and overall went above and beyond what I expected from a sales manager to ensure that I, as the customer, got what I wanted. This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had, this being the ninth vehicle purchase I've made over the course of my life, to include new and used vehicles. I've definitely found my dream truck.... like a rock! More
Friendly and Punctual! My auto insurance company recommended I have my auto repaired at Terry Labonte Chevrolet Collision repair center after having been involved in a minor My auto insurance company recommended I have my auto repaired at Terry Labonte Chevrolet Collision repair center after having been involved in a minor accident. Taking my adjuster's comment lightly I decided to take my car to Subaru's collision repair center instead and wow did I regret having done so. My car was left at Subaru's shop for over 4 weeks and not a single repair was completed, every time I called, they told me they were "still waiting" on my insurance company to respond. After having waited long enough I finally decided to take my car to Terry Labonte. Within the first day of having dropped my car off I got a call from Leigh A. Bartlett to inform me of how quickly my car was going to be ready. Leigh Bartlett kept me updated as the job progressed, was more than willing to help with any questions I may have had, and capable of communicating back and forth with my insurance company in order to expediate the process. After nearly 3 days my car was ready for pickup! I highly recommend you take your car here for your collision repair! Ask for Leigh A. Bartlett at the front desk, she is extremely polite and on your side! More

Great experience I never like buying new vehicles. You have to fight for a decent deal and threaten to walk before most dealers will get serious. However, my experien I never like buying new vehicles. You have to fight for a decent deal and threaten to walk before most dealers will get serious. However, my experience with Michael Thomas at Terry Labonte Chevrolet was exceptional. I went in looking to make a deal on a vehicle for my wife and a truck for myself. I knew what I wanted for our trades and what the fair market value was for each. I didn’t have to fight for a good deal. They were honest with me the whole way through the process and there were no surprises. What they quoted me was what I paid. Can’t ask for better. More

The smooth process from the telephone call setting up an appointment until the time I met Phil Williams, my salesman, my experience was wonderful. I am still smiling and thanking to God that he allowed me to walk in the doors of Terry Labonte. The entire process was amazing. These guys worked together like a team who cares about their customers. I feel like I'm apart of the Terry Labonte Chevrolet family now. Thank you Phil for being so kind and amazing. More

Earlier today [August 24, 2019] I inquired about a 2011 Mazda 3 online and this particular vehicle was posted on their website and several others (i.e. AutoTrader, etc). My assumption was that this car is ready for sale, why else would you put an ad of a vehicle not ready for sale? In any case, I was contacted by Brandon and was asked when would I like to stop by and check out the vehicle, I informed him of a time - great I'm excited. An hour after breakfast, I checked the distance, the dealership was actually 1.5 hours away I called Brandon again and informed him that I will be onsite at 1PM instead of the originally scheduled time - no problem, no mentioned of possible caveats with the car - keep reading. I drove an hour and half through traffic and downpour the entire way to the dealership, I get there and it was still raining. I asked to have the car moved to a covered area because there's no way I can really inspect the vehicle under a downpour. My sales person (Jonathan) tried everything to get the car moved to a covered area without luck, it's fine - went out in the rain anyway and checked out the Mazda3. Few things to notice right away - the car was filthy dirty outside. Opened the car, it's not any better. Still smell like the previous owner, still has the dirt and their grime all over the car. The dash was coming off/damaged, and the airbag light was on when I finally turned on the car, front Bose speakers aren't working, the air dampers in the lower front bumper is cracked. In short, the car isn't ready for showing! I test drove the vehicle and despite the noticeable issues mentioned above, I'm still impressed of how how the car drove, and I'm avid Mazda fan so I'd be ready to make the sale, but...................................................... So we get back inside and started discussing sale, but first - they need to address the issues I mentioned. Jonathan spoke with his Manager and they both agreed they will head to the service department to determine how much all of the "issues" will cost. About 10 minutes later he comes back stating that they "cannot sell me the car because they have to check on the airbag light". Mind-blowing!!! Of course I already knew that the car isn't ready, but the biggest annoyance to all this experience is the fact the dealership is trying to remain proactive by posting a vehicle that isn't ready for sale! Who does that? In any case, this dealership wasted my three hours that I can't get back. The worst part, not a single Manager came out to talk to me an apologize about the entire situation knowing I drove from afar. To the Management, if you are reading this - change your practice. Do NOT post any vehicle in your lot that isn't ready for sale. Only shady business practice those tactics to lure potential buyers in because of the low price. If you value your time, then consider how customer/buyers also value their time particularly if they drove from a distance and not around the corner. More
