Deceptive Advertised Prices I have been searching for a good deal on a new truck for a while, and after looking at this dealer's website, I found one that I was interested in tha I have been searching for a good deal on a new truck for a while, and after looking at this dealer's website, I found one that I was interested in that was said to be "on sale". After driving an hour to the dealership, I find out that the true price of the truck was actually about $5000.00 more than the advertised "sale" price. Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

The oil change prices have been fair and competitive and they are fairly quick. Much better quality work than Walmart which is in near area. I do not live in the area and drive a fairly new vehicle so I can not comment on any mechanical work. More

I actually went in thinking I wouldnt be able to buy, but wanted to see where I stood and what I needed to do to better my situation. After talking to the salesman for a while, we walked away without a vehicle as I expected. What I didnt expect was a call a few days later saying they had worked out financing on terms I could handle. The vehicle I purchased had everything I wanted at a great price, well under book value. The salesman was very personable and not pushy, and determined to help. I was treated better here than in either dealership I have purchased brand new cars from in the past. I couldnt be more pleased. More

Say that they approve people with very low Fico scores which they advertise all over the news media and then some to no extent at all. Which are not true,.. Next they get you set up to purchase a new automobile,.. Then they say no we cant approve you,.. Then they call you,.. call you and still call you,.. Then they don't call you for a couple of weeks,.. Then out of the blue they call you again,.. And totally act like you never been at there Dealership like asking what kind of automobile were you looking for and this and that,.. What a joke they are, Never never ever again. More

I put a deposit on a used truck and scheduled a Saturday purchase. I contacted the dealership on Thursday prior to the scheduled appointment and told them I could not make the scheduled appoint on Saturday purchase. I contacted the dealership on Thursday prior to the scheduled appointment and told them I could not make the scheduled appoint on Saturday due to a family emergency. I informed them I needed to reschedule for the following Saturday. On Tuesday I received a phone call indicating they sold the truck. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't a deposit suppose to guarantee a purchase. I will never deal with Terry Lebonte Chevrolet agin, nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
