INCREDIBLY DISHONEST & UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS! Brought my SUV in for a quote, and turned down their initial offers. The lady in sales (Alicia) called me for weeks, and finally told me they'd honor KBB value. SUV in for a quote, and turned down their initial offers. The lady in sales (Alicia) called me for weeks, and finally told me they'd honor KBB value. I set up an appt, and got a sitter only to be told they would NOT honor the kbb value despite that being the only reason I came in. When I questioned this I was told NO managers were available to explain why I was lied to, and my time was wasted. I've been given the run around since, and Alicia wasn't even working despite encouraging me to come in this weekend. It's a shame Terry Labonte treats potential customers this way, and then refuse to answer for it. Would NOT recommend! More
