Best place to have my car serviced. Knowledgeable and courteous service personnel. I always get spoken to by several sales staff every time I visit and they are all nice and not pushy. I live 4 hrs from the dealership and worked a price out over the phone to purchase a Suburban. After taking my credit app and running it, I was told they couldn't hold the vehicle until I could make it dow over the phone to purchase a Suburban. After taking my credit app and running it, I was told they couldn't hold the vehicle until I could make it down, which would have been on that Friday. They did assure me that if I told them I was on my way, they would hold the vehicle and not sell it while I was driving down. I called on Wed evening, 15 mins before closing, and was told the vehicle was still there and let them know I would be leaving first thing in the morning before they open and to please hold the vehicle. They agreed and said they had pulled the keys. This was verified by 2 people in the dealership. I arrived the next morning and was told upon arrival that they did sell the vehicle, but had another coming in a week later that they could deliver to me. I agreed, only because of the difficulty in finding the vehicle in the first place. I had 2 friends with me, as we were on a golf trip, who waited while I completed the financing. They initially showed me a payment that I assumed didn't factor in my down payment due to the price and asked the salesman about it. He said he would check with financing. When I spoke to Gene in finance he showed me the same payment again and again I told them it wasn't correct. His response was "my numbers are never wrong." In reality, they show the rates at a much higher interest rate and lead you to believe that's what the payment will be, then once you go over final numbers the payment comes in at a much lower cost, $130 in my case, and they use that to upsell you on packages since you were already prepped that your payment would be higher. I declined all packages well over 10 times to which the finance manager repeatedly responded "no one has ever said no to all of this. It doesn't make any sense. You can afford it." Then he would "alter" the packages and pitch it again. All this while I've told him I had to push back our tee time for the day once already, have 2 people waiting on me and that I need to leave. He completely stopped all paperwork until I finally agreed to the smallest package available which was around $20. On top of all this, they ran my credit 4 times after requesting they only use one lender and my interest rate came back at 4.59%, nowhere near the going rate. When I questioned this, he said "well your score is only 774, which is not what we consider platinum, or you would have received a better rate." I traded in a vehicle with equity and put down a 5 figure down payment. There was no reason for my rate to be that high, outside of the fact they added points for their gain. I signed and have since refinanced at 2.5%. Overall, outside of the salesman Brian, there was not one positive experience. I voiced my displeasure to Brian and he said he would let the GM, Matt Murphy, know what happened, but I have yet to hear from him and I gave him 3 weeks before I wrote this review. I would be very careful with any business at this dealership. More

I went in for my first oil change and purchased some paint touch up for my Chevrolet Equinox. Aft Chevrolet. He is super friendly and very helpful! I went in for my first oil change and purchased some paint touch up for my Chevrolet Equinox. After the oil change, he ran my car through the car wash to get some dirt off and applied the small amount of touch up paint I purchased to the area I had damaged. I could not ask for better and friendlier Customer Service! 5 stars! More
The truck that I drove 2 and a half hours for, after talking to several people to assure the truck was available and there, was sold almost a month before I got to dealership. Although the truck had sold, it was still on the back lot because they said something had not gone through with the deal. That is what I was told atleast. Mr. Thomas was helpful though after I go to the lot. I did not talk to him before and do not blame him at all. More
