Horrible experience. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and try to belittle buyer. My car salesman Rome was great and honest but everyone else sucked. PS. If you take it in for service make sure all that they say they did they did. They said they checked my fluids in the vehicle (not once but twice) and due to no transmission fluid the transmission blew. More

Good buying experience, follow up is terrible. Purchased 2022 Ltz silverado. Paid off and can't get refund on GAP that I purchased. Spoke with Gene K & J Smith, no one has resolved this issue.
