After talking briefly to Alex, we took a test drive and upon returning, Alex had a value for our trade in and within 15 minutes had a deal down on paper which we accepted. Alex then stayed past his time to leave in order to prep our new edge and fill it with gas, talk to us about the many new features. It was after 630 pm when we left in our new vehicle and he had stayed the entire time.
