Great experience Within thirty minutes of requesting information on a used truck online, I was contacted through email by Chris. I told him what I was looking for, my Within thirty minutes of requesting information on a used truck online, I was contacted through email by Chris. I told him what I was looking for, my budget, and of course that I lived almost four hours away from the dealership. Chris answered all my questions, took some information from me and told me he would get back to me about whether this vehicle would fit my budget as it was late evening and they were about to close. The first thing the next morning, Chris contacted me as he said he would. Long story short my wife and I made the four hour drive, purchased the truck under our budget, and saved a ton of money on a beautiful, great running vehicle. Morgan in finance explained in great detail about our loan and also found us a rate better than we thought we would get. Because of this, we were able to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle that we could use at a dealership near our residence. Not only would I recommend this dealership, but I already have. Well worth the time it took to get there. More

Money spent where it appears i'm valued as a person Alex and I didn't seem to connect as a potential buyer and sales person. He would do anything that I asked him to do but he seem aloof and not very Alex and I didn't seem to connect as a potential buyer and sales person. He also appeared to be more interested in his text messages than selling a new vehicle. He indicated that the dealership would receive and accept my 2016 F 150 that needed to be turned in by last Saturday. My decision was between leasing another F 150 or a Ranger. I drove a Ranger from your dealership last week and a couple of weeks ago. Upon trying to decide which vehicle I would lease he permitted me to drive an F 150 but indicated to me that your only Ranger was already at the Fulton Co Fair, I was not pleased, so I visited a couple nearby Ford dealers and drove a Ranger at each dealership which had a lower monthly lease and both were much more personable than Terry Henricks Ford, I returned my leased F 150 2016 Ford truck to a local dealer and drove home the 2019 Ranger truck which I leased for 36 months. I submit this in hopes that it may improve the way your dealership functions More
