From a great experience to a punch to the gut. I’ve been looking for a truck for about 3 weeks now, and I ended up finding one here at terry Henricks Ford. It was a beautiful truck with all the opt I’ve been looking for a truck for about 3 weeks now, and I ended up finding one here at terry Henricks Ford. It was a beautiful truck with all the options I wanted, Alex Zimmerman was the sales man that was helping me, he was doing a great job. But what ended up starting as a great experience ended up being a punch to the gut. After working with Alex for 3 days and getting approved with my bank, they ended up selling the truck to someone else, I was extremely furious, after talking to Alex on the last day I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve tried to contact the dealership and no one has gotten back to me. Alex said he was going to talk to his manager and i haven’t heard anything from him, I called the number that’s on CarGurus and talked to a gentleman that assured me he was going to have someone call me back, still haven’t heard anything. Overall I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with these dealership, I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time with them, horrible experience. More
