We came from out of town to buy a used Edge. My wife had called ahead and talked to Chris on the phone. He was helpful and answered her questions well. We never felt pressured - he was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. He even arranged to have the car delivered to us when we had a snag that prevented us from taking it that day (the snag was our fault, not theirs). I would definitely come back again if I'm looking for a car in the future. More
