From the minute i sent my first email to Korey Arend, to when my truck arrived at my door, it was fabulous. When i went to pick up my truck, there was an unforeseen problem with the drivers side heater, and was unable to bring it home, 2 1/2 hours away. Korey took charge, and got the issue remedied, and delivered my truck as soon as possible, and even took care of a couple other small issues that i knew the used truck had when we closed the deal. Quick and efficient! I recently purchased a used vehicle and the keyless entry code was not included from the previous owner. I called Henricks Ford and the service depar I recently purchased a used vehicle and the keyless entry code was not included from the previous owner. I called Henricks Ford and the service department said to come over and they would help me. Within a half hour, I was out the door with the entry code.....mission accomplished! Jake and Jeff were the service department employees who assisted me......Jake on the phone, and Jeff at the dealership. They treated me with respect and care, and pulled my vehicle up to the lobby door for my convenience. More

Honestly, it’s he way buying a car should be. I drove 100 miles to get my wife a car she has dreamed about. We took a no pressure test drive and decided we liked the vehicle. They were extremely generous on our trade offer and we both met at a price after maybe 5 minutes of negotiation. The F&I manager, Jamie, was very helpful and even got us a lower rate that we were quoted! All in all. The best dealership experience you could have. Please give these guys a chance.
