Above and Beyond to repair issues. Bought a used Yukon from Jake Doehrmann and had issues with it after we left the dealership. Called the next day and scheduled a time to get it in. Did a Fluid Flush that temporarily fixed my issue and then changed the torque converter on them. Being a GM vehicle they were still quick to get it taken care of for me with no issues. Jake did an exceptional job and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Jake! More

After having been in a accident and having totalled our current Dodge Caravan my family was on our last day of our rental with insurance and finally found two cans we like with this dealership. I had been in and worked with Tyson to test drive, I told him I would speak with my husband and we would be back together. I spoke with Tyson later that evening and told him I would be in with my family Saturday morning to purchase the van as long as he was okay with it. After a quick look over my husband was pleased and we told Tyson we wanted the van. We were seated in the lobby ( with our three children - 5,3 and 1) finally moved to the office where were we ga e the information needed and then we seated in the waiting room for 4 hours!!!! Waiting on the "paperwork" to be completed!! 4 hours with 3 children after having told them we were planning to purchase that morning.(Not to me too the OSU/Michigan game was on..) and we were missing it. After finalising the purchase we drove off with our new van and rental van to return in Defiance. No joke- not even 10 miles from the dealership a rear tire blew, completely blew the side wall and had damage. Nothing was hit or punctured the tire.. we were the. Stranded with 3 children.. had to have the van towed to a dealership( yes tire could have been changed and a spare put on but due to the bust road and having to pull the tire from the driver side we were unable and tow company refused to.) After a call was placed to Tyson we were told it was not their responsibility and " were does our responsibility end and yours begin!" We didn't even make it home with the vehicle!!! But we had purchased the extended warranty they suggested so we decided to make a claim to get it fixed. ( We were leaving for Illinois the following weekend and needed the van in reliable shape to drive) I called the warranty company to start the claim took it to a Dodge dealer in defiance to have the work done (because I have not happy with the handling at Terry Hendricks- after they basically washed there hands and offered no help/support..After the work was completed and finished the warranty company refused to cover/pay because " the work was completed before they gave approval to do so- and they hadn't given approval due to pictures noy being received of the damages".. pictures to which I watched be sent and over heard the conversation that they were received!! Total BS!! So I ended up paying out of pocket for all damages!! ( Thankfully I found a clause in the warranty that I had 90 days to cancell and get a full refund-to Which I did!) The entire experience was horrible!! And will not recommend Terry Hendricks to anyone! All they had to do was tell me to bring it in, give me a loaner while the work was done and help me through the claim process of making a claim on the warranty they sold me.. I didn't expect them to pay/cover it- just show compassion and help through the process.. More

Andy Downing called me right away, and set up an appointment for a test drive (on his day off). That morning he let me know he was involved in an off site appointment and may be late. When I arrived he was there to greet me, and had the vehicle ready for my viewing. Although I decided this vehicle did not meet my standards, he did not pressure me about a sale. He did point out other options for acquiring a newer vehicle, Thank you Andy, for a pleasant experience. More
