He was straight and to the point the whole time, able to answer my questions or quick to find the answer for anything he was un aware of. The entire experience was very laid back but attention to every detail was followed to a T. Overall the Jeep was in amazing shape! The whole dealership seemed to have an impressive inventory and was constantly active the entire time I was there. Despite being from Columbus, I would instantly recommend to anyone the drive up purely because of the amount of care each employee we spoke with took in providing an over-examplarery experience. After leaving Terry Henricks we went to another Dodge/Ram dealership and within 15 minutes of speaking with a sales advisor he was able to get total payoff and use the equity in my Laramie lease as down payment on the next vehicle. Yet we were told at Terry Henricks that the dealership wasn't allowed to do exactly what Yark was able to do. It left us feeling very disappointed in our local dealership and will unlikely visit again. More
