Worst ever! Car was brought in with specific concerns as warranty was clouds to expiry. They modish every concern I had. Brought it to another Ford dealer due Car was brought in with specific concerns as warranty was clouds to expiry. They modish every concern I had. Brought it to another Ford dealer due to a recall and they check out out previous concerns and found the problem to two of our major concerns. Luckily both were covered by our extended warranty or we would have had to pay out $3000.00 for the repairs on addition to our $400.00 payment to Tenvoorde Ford for the worst service ever. It's not hard to find a broken cam cover or btoken rear shock/ strut which both issues were brought to the Debbie departments attention. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!!! I would have given 0 stars if it' was an option! More
