My experience was good and the employees were good. I do have a couple of issues to mention that would have made my experience much better. I was initially “low balled” on my trade. After I protested it was brought up to a reasonable level. I felt this was a tactic that is being used on everyone as there probably are a number of people who do not protest. The protection package was not adequately explained. The sheet placed in front of me did not have pricing on it. It was only after I was well into the purchase did I see it was an add on to the price of the vehicle. More
