Tough car buying experiance made straight forward. Thaddeus responded very qickly to my inqiry. He was very professional during our encounter. He effectively explained all items on the sales form. My expectation was to get a lower price that was quoted by Truecar. It did not happen. But two other car dealers did not even match Teddy's offer. In the end, I am glad I went there. Also and most importantly they don't use uncomfortable pressure sales tactics to inflate purchase price like some other places tend to do, or promise things they cannot deliver. Overal the transaction time was very good noting that it was on Saturday afternoon. Thaddeus filed out forms very quickly and they were processed fast, and my new car was delivered expeditiously.
