Best buying experience ever I am a retired used car manager with over 35 years in the business. Today I had the best buying experience ever. I started working with Jorge Santiago I am a retired used car manager with over 35 years in the business. Today I had the best buying experience ever. I started working with Jorge Santiago who was phenomenal. We worked out the deal over the phone and I figured they would try to bump me once I got there. Well folks they didn't the number stayed to the number we agreed upon. Neil Fitzgerald my salesman was awesome. Assistant manager Keith Roldan was great too. In and out of the business office in record time. Hats off to Brian in the detail Department. He cleaned the car as if it were a brand new Rolls-Royce. Being from out of town and not knowing the area I asked if they could give me enough gas to at least get out of the city and into New Jersey. Lo and behold when I took the car at the Livery they even filled the tank for the inexpensive older car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Count on these guys to stand up to their word give you the utmost service and Care while at the dealership and treat you as a valued customer.
