Ted Britt wanted our business and it showed. They went above and beyond to find the car that we wanted while the other dealer was happy to make us wait 6-8 weeks for an order. Dave Donley was a very patient, low pressure sales person. We were a bit concerned about how carseats and boosters would fit in the Explorer and Dave patiently assisted as we tried all of our seats and reconfigured and measured and compared. He even went as far as doing an internet search for the dimensions of booster seats. In the end we determined an Explorer just wasn't big enough for our growing family and thanks to Ford's awesome rebate program and Ted Britt's pricing we were able to purchase an Expedition. Throughout the entire process Dave was very respectful of our decisions and never tried to pressure us into buying something just to make a sale. He was great with our kids too! We would highly recommend Dave Donley and Ted Britt. More

Amazing Experience w/ the Gold Team I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, and was it was in need of some under warranty repairs. I initially took it back to the dealershi I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, and was it was in need of some under warranty repairs. I initially took it back to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and they didn't fix my car at all. They said they did repairs that they didn't do and gave me back my car in worse condition than I left it. I called Ted Britt and spoke with John Napier (mechanic) and Jeff Bird and they jumped at the chance to help me, treated me like family and acted as if I had purchased the car from Ted Britt vs another dealership. They have my business for sure in the future when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. My car was repaired to my liking and now drives amazingly. I love that they didn't give me a hard time and fixed my car within a day and followed through with every promise they made me.
