Gary Funk and the Blue did an excellent job in servicing my 2009 Mustang. I am totally satisfied with the work he and his team do. As usual, the work was done on time and Gary answered all my questions. I bought my F-150 from Pat Cantwell in 2011. I am thinking about trading it in for an F-250 diesel. When I contacted Pat, he immediately set up a test drive for what I was looking for. I am still debating on buying a new truck but I appreciate Pat going the extra mile. More

Wonderful customer service at my very first car purchase Greeted warmly by Karwan as we approached the dealership. He showed me a few Ford cars based on what I wanted, and I found the right fit for me (2012 Greeted warmly by Karwan as we approached the dealership. Overall good experience I bought a car over labor day weekend. It was a long day, but I ended up with the car I wanted at a reasonable price. They were the only dealership in the area that had the specific car I was looking for. The overall experience was a great. Pat was an exceptional car salesman. He was honest, patient and not pushy at all. Amara, Nina and Linda were also good to work with. My only complaint is that some of the employees I interacted with REALLY pushed this filling out this survey. I understand the employees receive a bonus for good reviews, but I felt they went a bit over board on encouraging me to fill out a good review for them. More

Bought My First New Car Eric Suter was recommended to me by Steve Seymour. The Focus I was most interested in was taken from the Fairfax dealership to the Chantilly dealersh Eric Suter was recommended to me by Steve Seymour. The Focus I was most interested in was taken from the Fairfax dealership to the Chantilly dealership between the time I looked at it and the time I went to go test drive it. Eric went down the Chantilly dealership after I the left the dealership and made sure the car was at the Fairfax dealership by the time I arrived at the dealership the next afternoon. Eric was awesome the entire time. He wasn't pushy, was upfront and honest with me, and was willing to work with me to get the price I needed for the car. Best salesman I've ever dealt with. Jennifer Moccaldi in finance was also so nice to work with, and she made the paperwork process easy. She gave her honest opinion on what extras I would maybe want, but didn't push me into anything. Overall, I had a great experience buying my car at Ted Britt Ford. More

Forward to 8/29/14, I hesitantly went in because I was looking for a Ford Edge. This dealership was the most convenient, so I tried again. Was a total 360. Lucked out with a really nice salesman and manager, as well as the financial agent. Great experience. Only down side was that they sold so many cars, it took a long time to get out of there. More
