Pat Cantwell was my sales rep, and his professionalism and friendliness ultimately led me to purchase my new Fusion there. From the beginning, Pat had been very patient in explaining all the different options on the vehicles and, despite the overwhelming choices of engines, accessories, and colors, had always maintained an attentive mindset, and had never applied any purchasing pressures on me. Pricing at Ted Britt is very reasonable, but do pay attention to all the different incentives offered by Ford, as they WILL become confusing and difficult to keep track of. Keep in mind that the VIP Price includes all possible incentives, some of which you may not qualify for. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing from Ted Britt. They are honest, friendly, and most importantly, accommodating. They will put your needs and preferences first, and have you guide the process from the beginning. I highly recommend Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax, and in particular, Pat Cantwell. More

I have to acknowledge the main Key players from beginning to end. 1st SALES DEPARTMENT: Jamel is the Sales Man to go to! He is very friendly and honestly listened and cared about our needs and wants while purchasing a new vehicle and even called a few days later to see that we were enjoying our new purchase. 2nd FINANCE DEPARTMENT: Natasha and Linda the two of you go over and above to make sure customers are not only happy but completely satisfied. Those ladies make you feel like family and honestly treat you like such. You can tell they love their job. You are truly women of your word and for that we LOVE YOU GALS! Last but certainly not least, SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I have to acknowledge Gary from the Blue team. Total Satsifaction I decided to purchase a new F-150 pick-up and, being a bit on the through side, I researched and visited various Ford dealerships in the Northern Vir I decided to purchase a new F-150 pick-up and, being a bit on the through side, I researched and visited various Ford dealerships in the Northern Virginia area along with the various trim lines of the F-150. Kyle Goodman helped me at Ted Britt Ford. Kyle was very welcoming and knowledgable about the product line, but was not overbearing regarding the sale. Kyle gave me regular updates of their inventory as my focus narrowed to a particular trim line and then the specific truck. Once I decided to purchase the truck, Kyle and the Ted Britt management team worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be. During the purchase process, met with Nina, Natasha, and Linda (financing) who were all pleasant to deal with and very knowledgable in their fields. The entire team at Ted Britt Ford made a.normally dreadful process into a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford product. More
