I must start out by saying that due to past experiences I was not a fan of dealing with salespeople and was planning for the worst ....but to my surprise working with Dave Gruber and Sandy(in the finance are was not a fan of dealing with salespeople and was planning for the worst ....but to my surprise working with Dave Gruber and Sandy(in the finance area)was truly a great experience. I started looking to replace my Honda in March of this year. My lease was up in June and I knew I wouldn't renew it with Honda. Even though I wasn't buying right then, he didn't pressure me AT ALL. In fact, Rich Magaziner said "Call me any time, I'll be glad to answer your questions". Well, I took him up on that and over the next couple of months I spoke to him several times, and always felt like he had my personal interests ahead of his own. At the end of each call he would say "call me anytime if you have questions". Well, needless to say I leased my Toyota Camry LE from Rich Magaziner. I am so pleased with this car. On the day I drove it off the lot, Rich Magaziner went over every detail of operation and I left there feeling confident and sure that I had made the right decision. He also spoke very highly of their repair department, encouraging me to get my service with them, which I will definately do. What more can I say? Rich Magaziner and Toyota and top notch in my book! Best car buying experience I ever had (and I'm 72). Rich Magaziner (Sales)and Lou Frangipanni (Manager) were easy and reasonable to talk to and negotiate with. Even after the transaction, their attitude wa Magaziner (Sales)and Lou Frangipanni (Manager) were easy and reasonable to talk to and negotiate with. Even after the transaction, their attitude was accommodating and sincere (and a week later they performed a favor for me that they were not "compelled" to do).. I picked up a 2008 pre-owned Sebring at a very reasonable price that I am very content with (and they have a free "Forever Warranty" on the powertrain that is "easy and inexpensive" for the buyer to maintain over the years).
