He had a good idea as to what we were looking for and was ready for us when we got there for our appointment. We have been dealing with Team Toyota for the past 6 years and between my husband and myself we are on our 4th car from Team. Great dealership and fabulous employees. It's worth it for us to take the trip to PA for our cars in order to deal with such professionals. More

I went to Toyota on a Friday night not knowing what I wanted and I left Saturday with a new car. This was an extremely positive experience and Louis my salesman made it very easy. He and everyone was very helpful and polite. I previously went to Team Toyota in 2004 and purchased my 2004 Rav4. I loved my car and their service was outstanding so I decided I wanted to buy a new car and did not have a second thought of purchasing a 2004 Rav4. When I went to Team Toyota Scion, Sharon Bess approched me and I firmly told her I was only looking and she was fine with that. She stuck around to answer all my questions, even though I was only looking (no pressure) which is the way I like to look for cars. Sharon was very informative about the scion I was looking at, then I left. She told me that I should think about it and let her know either way. She called a couple days later just to ask if I thought about it (I didnt answer so she left a messege). I loved the fact that she did not pressure me and I loved the Scion XD. Went back a couple days later to crunch numbers and everyone was fantastic and I bought the car...which I love! More

this is the 8th avalon i got from TEAM TOYOTA. (My wife and i both drive avalons) i ve always had the same salesman Joe Kozaya and the same manager jerry minghetti. i go in with a number in my mind and and i both drive avalons) i ve always had the same salesman Joe Kozaya and the same manager jerry minghetti. i go in with a number in my mind and they always work with me so i m always able to drive the deal and i get both great deals on the new car and great values on the trade-in. no pressure tactics, and the best thing i get phone calls every so often of specials (like 0% financing) from my salesman so i m always informed on rebates etc. I just love this dealership, and the service center is out of this world also. I contacted Toyota via Web to look for a larger car for my growing family. I received a call from David right away and scheduled an appointment for yesterday afternoon. I was at the showroom all night doing the normal paperwork. to find out that David was supposed to leave around 4. I think it was awesome that he extended his schedule to meet with me at 5 and then stayed till I was finished around 9:30ish. David made sure I protected my investmentment by showing me some additional addons like the paint and interior protection. knowing my kids I will need it. I had to stop by today to drop of addiotional keys for my trade in and get my paint protection applied and David again took his time to make sure all went well. He even played with my son. He explained the options and when we made our decision he worked with us on our trade in and explained how leasing worked so we could decide on the monthly payment. He was excellent!!!
