I just purchased a vehicle this evening from Bob Noble, he was absolutely fabulous. I was sort of under the gun to locate a car, two weeks ago I was in an accident and they totaled my car, I had barely own he was absolutely fabulous. So here I was left with not much of a down payment and unable to pay more than $200.00 a month. First of all I hate car shopping, I was totally dreading looking for a car even though I desperately needed one to get back and forth to work and get my daughter to school, plus I hated inconveniencing my Mom, even though she was so nice about it, she kept saying it wasn't a big deal. So to say I was seriously stressed about this whole situation would be a huge understatement. But from the moment I stepped on the lot and was greeted by Bob I felt instantly better, this was not the kind of car salesman I had been encountering over and over, I didn't feel pressured at all, if anything I could tell he was being honest with me and up front about what kind of cars were actually within my price range. He made me feel as if he would keep helping me until I actually found something I could afford and that I would be really happy with, and he did. I first met Bob on Monday and now here it is Wednesday and I have a beautiful car downstairs that I can't wait to drive tomorrow and pick up my daughter in. Even if I had not been lucky enough to find a vehicle today I feel confident that Bob would have been there to help me tomorrow and the next day until I found something. Bob is a huge asset to Team Toyota, I wish all car salesman could be like him, I'm sure people would enjoy car shopping way more. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I'd been looking for used Honda Pilot for several months when I located one at Team Toyota. I was fortunate enough to speak with Joe Kazaya who is not only very courteous and helpful, but very knowledgeable when I located one at Team Toyota. After several discussions, we agreed on a price acceptable to both parties. Joe even picked me up at the local airport so I could drive the vehicle back to Ohio. The manager and the rest of the sales/administrative staff were also very courteous and professional. The only issue preventing me from giving much higher ratings was it took nearly 2 months to get the license plates. The temporary tag given by Team Toyota was only good for 30 days. This created some issues since the vehicle couldn't be legally driven for several weeks. Perhaps it was the administrative issues/differences between the selling and licensing states. Aside from that issue, I would highly recommend Team Toyota to anyone for a vehicle purchase! More
