Was pleasantly surprised after arriving at the dealership. Was expecting to have salesmen jump on me as soon as I entered the door, but was able to walk around to check out the different models. Then I came in contact with Brad Miller who was very friendly and knowledgeable. What I liked most about Brad was the fact that he helped me in making the choice on the model I would be most happy with and at the same time putting absolutely no pressure on me. He took me over to the service department which I was very impressed with. I would recommend Brad Miller to anyone interested in buying a new car. I was also impressed with Selina of the finance department. Very knowledgeable and made the paperwork process go smooth and fast. I have been to a number of different dealerships looking to buy a new car but I found Team Toyota the best and most enjoyable by far. More

Mike and his sales manager Jerry were very 'down to earth' and did everything they could to help us out. We ended up walking out of the dealership unsure but walking back in 5 minutes later and purchasing the vehicle. We had such a great experience working with Mike and his team. My only regret is not starting our search at Team Toyota! More

Came because we saw great pricing on a different car but that one was being sold as we arrived. Carlos and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful in the entire experience. People usually think of car buying as an experience where you will be attacked about five feet before your feet hit the lot by an over zealous salesman, but that was not the experience here. My wife and I had so much time to look upon arriving that we were about to go in and ask for help but then Carlos arrived. When negotiating a deal, Carlos made our desires for terms of agreement seem valid, almost as he was on our side of the bargaining table. We noticed a chip in the windshield upon leaving, we returned and TIM came out, looked at it and said it would be repaired and he didn't even sell us the car. We haven't even had the car for a full day yet but my wife and I are very happy with the deal we got and the experience overall. This is my second vehicle purchased from the used car lot at Team Toyota and I believe I will most likely return for my next purchase. More

Service is overpriced and not very thorough. Told advisor that my car had specific problem which was noted on service order. Advisor said mechanic did all of the checking and work but when questioned firmly that my car had specific problem which was noted on service order. I felt it was a waste of time and then after paying lots of money, the problem reappeared next day. Not first time this has happened to us at Team Toyota service. More

I have bought 6 cars in the past 3 years for our business from a few different dealerships and by far, Team Toyota is in a different category. I am just so surprised how comfortable and knowledgable the staf from a few different dealerships and by far, Team Toyota is in a different category. I am just so surprised how comfortable and knowledgable the staff was. We dealt with a Michael Jackson, yes a Michael Jackson and no he didn't wear a glove. He was the best. He knew every little thing about all the cars and didnt push you into a car you didnt feel comfortable in. We actually left Team Toyota to compare other vehicles. We returned to Team Toyota not because of the vehicles but because of the customer service! We visited the 2 other bigger dealerships not far from there and all we got was a bunch of shady, creepy, cigarette and coffee smelling salesmen. Team Toyota...
