My complaint is with retail parts dept. I have called numerous times over a period of months. Dept. always too busy to answer phone. Our recent experience with Team Toyota of Langhorne Used Cars was quite BAD!! We were interested in purchasing a Toyota Highlanders on their website. The lady we spoke with on the phone (her name is Li Cars was quite BAD!! We were interested in purchasing a Toyota Highlanders on their website. The lady we spoke with on the phone (her name is Lisa) was very nice and helpful. But she told us that the car we wanted to see was taken out by the manage Tim Lorang for the Memorial Day long weekend for personal use and therefore we cannot see it till Tuesday. I had to take a day off on Tuesday and drove down with my husband to see the car, and the milelege was close to 2000 miles higher than the advertised mileage. Tim told us that he drove the car to Cap May with his family. When we test drove the car, Tim Lorang still had his jacket and other personal belonging in the car. This was very unprofessional conduct. We did not make the deal happen that day. When my husband called the next day and spoke with Lisa, we were told that Tim Lorang signed out the car for personal use again and it won't be available till the next day, but they were willing to honor the deal they gave us previously. When my husband call the following day, Tim Lorang was not willing to honor the deal and we did not feel valued or respected as their customers at all. I don't understand how a company would sell a car but at the same time permitting their manager to use it extensively for personal vacations, to the point that customer could not even see the car during normal business days. The company seem to also expect customers just swallow all this and pay for their managers personal usages. NOT happy with this conduct, and will not be returning for any future business. More
My rotten experience from this stealership started the second week of March 2024. For those who have kids they will know the name "Harry Wormwood" from the movie Matilda. They put a 2016 Toyota Corolla on the lot as a Gold Certified Pre Owned used car. Unbeknownst to me the car was a smokers car. Me being naive & stupid thinking that the smell would just go away. After 4 days of owning the car the smell got worse in the hot sun and I could not enjoy the car. I complained and they did not argue that it was not smoked in. They tried to clean with a Ozone treatment only after I suggested it. The cleaning failed. They convinced to give it a couple of days. It did not get better. After consulting with professional detailers they informed me that the smell may never come out as long as the original interior is in the car. I called and said I want to return the 2016 Corolla for a 2021 Corolla they had in stock. That evening I went searching on auto trader for other Corollas at other dealers. Just a few miles over the bridge another dealer also had a 2021 Corolla and for a whopping 5k cheaper. Apples for Apples now. The next day I returned the 2016 smokers Corolla. The first question I asked my sales rep Chris Nguyen was is Team Toyota competitive with other Toyota dealers in the area ? Yes, of course he answered. Great ! I requested him to pull up auto trader and look at this other 2021 Corolla at Liberty Toyota. I requested that they price match their 2021 Corolla and take all the monies from the 2016 Corolla including my 3k down payment and put it towards their 2021. I understood it would cost me a little more money for the exchange. Now, after several trips to his used car sales manager Tim Lorang he finally stepped in and said no way we can make that deal. Not only are we not going to match the other car but your return for our 2021 Corolla was going to cost you and extra 6k.Almost having a stroke I left nauseated feeling totally ripped off. Powerless. Just to put things in perspective they were asking 24k for there 2021 Corolla with 7k miles on it. The 2021 at Liberty Toyota was listed as 19k with 5k miles. I did drive across the bridge and traded in the smokers Corolla and bought the 2021 they had. They would not even consider meeting me in the middle. I got hammered on this whole experience. But in the long run they are the ones losing out. I am a Toyota lover and I am in the process of replacing my Toyota fleet. I started with the replacemet of my 2006 Corolla with 200k for the now 2021. I am going to replace my wife's 2005 Camry with 200k with a new 2024 Rav4. My daughter is getting ready to drive and I will be buy her a CPO Corolla and I am also replacing my 2016 Tundra with a new 2025 Tundra when they come out. Had they treated me right instead of sticking it up my xxx I would have went back to them for all my needs. At least I made a new friend at Liberty Toyota to help with my future upgrades. His name is Stephen Hook. Please do your home work and use extreme caution if going to Team Toyota in Langhorne. I feel that they are putting used cars on their lot that do not meet the CPO requirement that Toyota brag's about. I also feel that the Finance mangers are also participating in the practice of Payment packing. This is illegal. I now feel that I was a victim of this practice not knowing any better. I since have been educating my self since this awful ordeal at Team Toyota of Langhorne. Will this review help anyone ? I hope so. Will this stealership care. Most defiantly not. Will Toyota care ? Will see. I am now sharing my experience with them. They have reached out 2 times now but I doubt they would or can do anything about it. Will I stop buying Toyota's ? No way. I love them. What can they do to make me happy ? Give me my 3k deposit back. At least I finally got this off my chest. "Harry Wormwood" look it up. This is how they operate. Good Day. Mike D More
LIARS. .WAS TOLD I HAD 6 FREE OIL CHANGES. WENT HERE TODAY TO GET A SCHEDULE OIL CHANGE AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY $199. THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULDN'T GET THE .WAS TOLD I HAD 6 FREE OIL CHANGES. WENT HERE TODAY TO GET A SCHEDULE OIL CHANGE AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY $199. THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULDN'T GET THE OIL CHANGE UNLESS I GET THE ENTIRE SERVICE MAINTENANCE FOR MY CAR. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS OVER THE PHONE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I HAVE NEVER HEARD BEING DENIED FOR A OIL CHANGE IF I RFUSE OTHER SERVICE ON MY CAR. IT'S MY CAR SO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET WHAT I WANT DONE TO IT. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN. WILL GO TO TEAM TOYOTA IN LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ. THEY ARE MORE NICER THERE ANYWAY. More

I brought my car in for inspection. They called me back shortly thereafter telling me that I needed brakes.
